Initial Consultation -- Your first meeting with us (up to two hours) is at no charge.  We want to make the way clear for you to know us better.  We do charge for meetings after the first one, so let's have as few as possible.  We can use the phone and email to help hold down expensive meeting time  When we get together, let's have an agenda, stay on task, and go to lunch later for fun.

Loyalty  -- Our notion of a rewards program is random acts of kindness combined with premiums made available to all clients.  We never discount as an incentive.  Instead, our clients unexpectedly find themselves recipients of valuable gifts -- usually free extra services.  We just repay your kindness with liberal applications of gratitude from time to time.  We see so-called 'rewards programs' as ultimately manipulative.  Programmatic differential rewarding ultimately plays into darker emotions.  It sets up a dynamic we'd sooner avoid.

So we simply undercharge you or make things complimentary once in a while. Sometimes to the tune of hundreds of dollars.

E-Newsletters -- Kim and Joseph's E-Newsletter demonstrates our notion of something ordinary email newsletters can aspire to. We publish free, useful, informative, actionable content in a blog format, with all the advantages of that method. We notify our list members via email when new posts go up.

Expert Content -- Lots of free PDF's pile up on our Library Page. Tips and tricks. Do's and Don'ts. Expert advice. Detailed how-to's. Business wisdom that makes you money or saves you money. Some of these articles have been downloaded thousands of times.

Online Directory Setup

We allow up to 3 hours total for each prospective client to get to know us better. During this time we can look up your listings on Google Local Business and Yahoo and do them as much good as possible.

We claim harvested listings for you, delete stuff that's muddying the waters, correct mistakes and inaccuracies, break cross links to other companies' profiles, and improve your selling message.

We will place the basic listings that literally puts your business on the map. This is important these days because people are now searching online for what they want more than through any other means.
