Our company is founded on the combined strengths of two multi-talented venture partners who have collaborated for more than three years. We support commercial presence and business development through planning, marketing, and the unified services of our associates.  We love to help businesses connect with their customers and become known, trusted, liked, and sought after. We're located in idyllic Port Townsend, WA, near the mouth of Puget Sound. The miracle of modern communications enables us to work with clients worldwide.

We've both enjoyed long careers working in companies and with businesses of many sizes and types.  We don't claim to be superheros.  We don't claim to make people millions overnight.  We're bright and seasoned business professionals with the exceptional savvy that comes from varied experience and a lifetime of continuous learning.  We've achieved stellar results at times and also enjoyed our share of 'learning experiences.'  We've each started and developed businesses of our own and we've arrived at the peak of our career with ability and drive to openly share the best of all we've accomplished.

We genuinely like each other and enjoy working together. We've become best friends through our collaboration. So we're good to work with and good company during a day's work.

Kim Jons -- Kim's a remarkable and accomplished senior sales and marketing professional with masterful communications and people skills. Her background includes a successful new startup in commercial and residential landscaping, more than a decade of advertising sales and management for a regional daily newspaper, and marketing management and sales for an arts education organization. Joseph Riden -- Joseph loves to help clients determine strategy and market with meaning by publishing expert content and thought leadership in digital and traditional media. He founded 4 successful ventures -- in natural health, design consulting, freelance copy writing, and business development. His background includes a career in engineering and industrial design, and a double degree in English and Psychology.

Joseph engineered products for the supercomputing pioneer Cray Research, at the shipbuilding division of Raytheon, and for several other high tech companies. He became known for design process innovation as he contributed to designs for industrial machinery, mainframe computers, shipboard systems, and biomedical devices. Joseph achieved industry expert status in 3D computer-aided solid modeling and published related articles.

His technical and creative capabilities found practical business application in Solid Advantage, an engineering consultancy for mechanical design services and 3D CAD solid modeling implementation. Joseph's entrepreneurial ventures have provided ample experience in business planning, marketing, writing, and management.
